Many printers have specific settings (such as page orientation, paper size, and graphics resolution) that you can specify to get the printing results you want.
To specify printer settings give the menu command Printer Setup
. The printer dialogue box will be displayed.
1 > In the Installed Printers list, select the printer you want to use. 2 > Choose the Setup button. 3 > Select the settings you want. 4 > To select additional settings that are specific to your printer driver, choose the Options button, and then set the options as needed. Then choose the OK button. 5 > Choose the OK button again. 6 > Go on to the next step to choose the default printer. Or choose the Close button in the Printers dialogue box.

Choosing the Default Printer
Windows-based applications use the default printer unless you specify otherwise in your application. To choose the default printer
1 > If you are not already in the Printers dialogue box, choose the menu command Printer Setup
